Oh, can I say, I think I am in love! I had such a good time last
night! Challenging, but fun, and everyone was very friendly. I felt
very nervous going into an already established class, but felt
welcomed right away. I was so excited I could hardly fall asleep. I
just love the way yoga makes my body feels and being able figure
things out about myself. I enjoyed the Thursday night class and
think it is good for me (until I get bigger and more tired) unless it
interferes with you too much. I don't want you to feel that you need
to modify the class for my sake. I just really enjoy practicing with
others, although I try with all my might to keep focused on myself.
I do squats regularly throughout the day, and practice my kegels
pretty religiously, so I think I am good there. On off days I try to
break out that Yoga Pregnancy book I have and do some poses from
there as well. thanks again,
