Active Kat Yoga is a vigorous form of hatha vinyasa, designed to create heat, detoxify, increase flexibilty and strength all the while relaxing the mind and improving metabolic functions.
Each 75 minute session consists of a brief meditation combined with deep breathing to center the mind and body and relax the muscles. Movement begins slowly and increases with every Sun Salutation. Ending with floor work and deep relaxation.
It is and incredible journey from beginning to end!

Sewing Yoga is a therapeutic application of yoga designed to alleviate the aches and pains associated with extended hours at the sewing machine or computer.
The postures are gentle enough for even the most novice beginner and most can be done sitting at your sewing chair.
Each half hour session combines gentle stretching with controled breathing to relax, renew, and rejuvenate.
